Refund policy

At Solara, we take great care in preparing and handling our ceremonial cacao. 

Because cacao is a food product, and to uphold the highest standards of safety
and quality, all cacao bars and beans are non-returnable and non-refundable
once shipped.

This policy helps protect the purity of every batch we send out. Once a product
leaves our care, we’re unable to verify how it has been stored or handled, even if
it remains unopened, and therefore cannot accept it back into inventory.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll make it
right.
