Solara Cacao

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 20–30 g Solara ceremonial cacao

Instructions

  1. Pour the water into a small saucepan and heat gently over medium-low heat. Avoid boiling; the water should be hot but calm.

  2. Add the cacao to the water and allow it to soften for 10–15 seconds.

  3. Whisk slowly until the cacao melts completely and the surface becomes smooth and glossy.

  4. Continue whisking for 1–2 minutes, keeping the heat low, until fully combined.

  5. Pour into a cup and serve warm.

The Love Brew

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups water
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • 40 g Solara cacao
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: dried rose petals, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the water and coconut cream in a saucepan and heat gently over medium-low heat.

  2. Add the cacao and cinnamon. Let sit briefly, then whisk slowly to prevent scorching.

  3. Bring to a gentle simmer and whisk for 1–2 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.

  4. Remove from heat once the texture is velvety.

  5. Pour into two cups and garnish lightly, if desired.

The Iced Cacao

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup water
  • 20 g Solara cacao
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Ice
  • Optional: splash of oat or coconut milk


Instructions

  1. Heat the water gently in a saucepan and add cacao and salt.

  2. Whisk over low heat until fully melted and smooth.

  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 2–3 minutes.

  4. Fill a glass with ice and pour the cacao over it.

  5. Add milk if desired and stir gently before serving.

The Mineral Brew
